We have had a busy few weeks at Physio 2 Pilates but we are finally ready to release some of our new online classes!
We thought we would start you off with a standing class. Pilates is traditionally thought of as being practised on a Mat or Reformer but many exercises are also done in standing. Standing Pilates is a fantastic way to work on posture, balance and strength.
We have recorded a short class as an introduction. We hope you enjoy!
